1. Who we are

Get Refferers ("Get Refferers", "we", "us") operates getreferrers.com and app.getreferrers.com — a referral lead-generation platform for local service businesses. Contact: hello@getreferrers.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, password hash, and — if you sign in with Google — your Google account ID, name, email, and profile picture received via Google OAuth.
• Business information: business name, website, phone, trade, service areas, referral offer, and domain registrant (WHOIS) details you provide at onboarding.
• Billing information: processed by Stripe; we store customer/subscription IDs and invoice records, never full card numbers.
• Campaign data: outreach messages you approve, campaign replies routed to your dashboard inbox, and lead/contact records sourced from public business listings and licensed B2B databases.
• Usage data: logins, pages viewed, and product interactions used for support and service improvement.

3. Google OAuth

If you choose "Continue with Google", we receive your basic profile (name, email, profile picture, Google user ID) solely to create and authenticate your account. We do not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or any other Google data. You can revoke access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. How we use information

• Provide and operate the service: provisioning sending domains/mailboxes, running outreach campaigns, delivering replies to your inbox, qualifying leads, and billing.
• Transactional communications: account confirmation codes, invoices, lead notifications, survey requests, and service updates.
• Improve deliverability, campaign performance, and product features (including aggregated, anonymized benchmarks).
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

5. Third-party processors

We share the minimum necessary data with: Stripe (payments), Google (OAuth sign-in; Workspace mailboxes provisioned for campaigns), Resend (transactional email), Primeforge (domain/mailbox infrastructure), OpenRouter (AI message drafting/classification), Pexels (images), and Apify (public business data). Each processes data under its own privacy terms.

6. Outreach data & recipients' rights

Campaign contact records come from public business listings and licensed B2B sources. Every outreach email includes opt-out instructions; recipients who opt out are suppressed permanently. Recipients may contact us to access, correct, or delete their data.

7. Data retention & security

We retain account and campaign data while your account is active and for up to 24 months after cancellation (billing records as required by law). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for stored credentials, access controls, and audit logging. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location (including GDPR/CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. Email hello@getreferrers.com to exercise them. Account data can be exported from your dashboard.

9. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication sessions and CSRF protection. We do not sell personal information or use advertising trackers.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
