Terms of Service

1. The service

Get Refferers provides done-for-you referral lead generation for local service businesses: we provision sending infrastructure, source referral targets (e.g. realtors, HOAs, property managers, insurance agents, home inspectors, home warranty companies, apartment and commercial property managers), run outreach campaigns you approve, and deliver qualified referrals to your dashboard.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate business information, keep credentials confidential, and be authorized to act for your business. You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is available via email/password (with code-based email confirmation) or Google OAuth.

3. Pricing & billing

• Monthly service fee (per plan shown at checkout; currently $999/mo including one service area; additional service areas billed monthly per area, currently $249/mo).
• Per-qualified-referral fee (currently $59) for each referral qualified by our system. A qualified referral is a decision-maker who responds with genuine interest. You may dispute any referral from your dashboard; we review disputes and remove invalid charges.
• Invoices are issued monthly (service fee + referrals). Payments are processed by Stripe. Failed payments may pause campaigns.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes never apply retroactively.

4. Campaigns, approvals & conduct

• Outreach messages are drafted for your review; nothing sends without your approval. You may edit sequences anytime.
• We send from dedicated domains and mailboxes provisioned for your business. Domains auto-renew yearly while your subscription is active; on cancellation we may retire them.
• All outreach includes opt-out instructions and complies with CAN-SPAM and applicable anti-spam laws. You must not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or B2C marketing, or to contact recipients who have opted out.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your offer claims and for honoring incentives you advertise to referral partners.

5. Pause, cancellation & refunds

Pause or cancel anytime from your dashboard. Pausing stops campaigns and billing; cancellation stops future charges. Per-referral charges already incurred remain due. Monthly fees are non-refundable for partial months except where required by law.

6. No guaranteed outcomes

We commit to operating campaigns professionally and to the qualification standard above, but we do not guarantee any specific number of referrals, jobs, or revenue.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, copy, and infrastructure are ours. Your business data and approved messages remain yours. You grant us a license to use them to operate your campaigns.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, fail to pay, or abuse the service (including spam complaints caused by misuse). You may export your lead data before closing your account.
